The system should still work without us.
The client creates and owns the workspaces. We work as implementers with the required permissions, not as the de-facto owner of the AI infrastructure.
Client ownership
Workspace ownership, billing and primary administration stay with the company. We can be removed or downgraded after handover.
Least-skill access
Each role gets only the capabilities it needs. Sales, Finance and HR Skills are kept separate by design.
Connectors and permissions
Skill access should never become a shortcut around company data permissions. Connector authentication and access are configured around the intended user or group boundaries.
Native-first
We use OpenAI and Anthropic native integrations first to reduce unnecessary infrastructure. MCP is added only when required.
Handover
We document Skills, access, dependencies, tests and any agreed custom components. Ongoing maintenance is optional.
